By accessing or using FloTize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
FloTize is an AI-powered workflow management platform for service businesses. The Service includes email ingestion, workflow management, client relationship management, analytics, and AI-powered features.
To use FloTize, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant FloTize a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
FloTize uses AI (Azure OpenAI / GPT-4o) to provide certain features including email classification and response drafting. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point only and should be reviewed before use. FloTize does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI outputs.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to give advance notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloTize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@flotize.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
